3. Eligibility Criteria
A. Educational Qualification (Post-wise)
- Junior Assistant: 12th Pass + RS-CIT / DOEACC “O” Level / COPA / Diploma in Computer Science.
- Assistant Accounts Officer-II: B.Com (min. 60%) + RSCIT or equivalent computer certificate.
- Junior Law Officer: Law Graduate (LLB) with minimum 55% marks.
- Programmer: B.E./B.Tech/M.Sc in CS/IT or MCA.
- Company Secretary: Membership of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).
B. Age Limit (as of 01.01.2026)
- Minimum: 18 Years
- Maximum: 40 Years
- (Age relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/Women of Rajasthan as per State Govt. rules).

Written Examination Structure:
The exam will consist of two parts (Part-I and Part-II) with objective-type questions.

- Duration: 3 Hours
- Negative Marking: 1/3rd (1 mark) for each wrong answer.
Syllabus Overview:
- Part-I (60 Qs / 180 Marks): Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude, General Knowledge of Rajasthan, and Basic Computer Skills.
- Part-II (90 Qs / 270 Marks): Concerned Subject/Field Knowledge (e.g., Accounting for AAO, Law for JLO, Hindi/English/Maths for Junior Assistant).
