3. Eligibility Criteria (As of 01.01.2026)
A. Basic Qualifications
- Educational: 10+2 (Intermediate) from a recognized board or university.
- CET Requirement: Only candidates who have qualified for the Haryana CET Group-C are eligible to apply for this Mains phase.
- Language: Hindi or Sanskrit as one of the subjects in Matric (10th) or higher education.

4. Selection Process & Syllabus
Phase 1: Stenography Skill Test (Qualifying)
Candidates must pass the shorthand and transcription test. This stage is qualifying in nature and does not add to the final merit.
Phase 2: Written Examination (Scoring)
The written exam will be Offline (OMR Based) with 100 Multiple Choice Questions.
- Total Marks: 100 | Duration: 105 Minutes
- No Negative Marking.
Syllabus Weightage:
- Subject Related (Stenography Theory): 70%
- General Awareness & Reasoning: 20%
- Computer Fundamentals: 10%
