3. Eligibility Criteria (As of 31.12.2025)
A. Educational Qualification
- Foreign Exchange Officer (Scale III): Graduate with a Full-time MBA/PGDBM in Finance/International Business OR CA/ICWA. Minimum 3 years of experience in Foreign Exchange operations in a Bank is mandatory.
- Marketing Officer (Scale I): Full-time Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) or PGDBM with specialization in Marketing from a recognized university. No prior experience is required for this scale.
B. Age Limit
- Marketing Officer (Scale I): 20 to 30 Years.
- Foreign Exchange Officer (Scale III): 26 to 34 Years.
- (Age relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/PwD candidates as per Govt. of India guidelines).
4. Application Fees

5. Selection Process & Syllabus
Phase 1: Online Examination
The test will consist of objective-type questions conducted online.
- Subjects: 1. Professional Knowledge (Relevant to the post): 60 Questions
- Banking, Economic Scenario & General Awareness: 20 Questions
- Computer Knowledge: 20 Questions
- Negative Marking: 0.25 marks for every wrong answer.
Phase 2: Personal Interview
Candidates qualifying the online test will be called for an interview in a 1:3 ratio based on vacancies. The interview will carry 100 marks, with a minimum qualifying mark of 50% for General/EWS and 45% for reserved categories.
