2. Selection Process & Eligibility
The recruitment follows a three-tier selection process:
- Phase I (Prelims): Objective-type test (Qualifying).
- Phase II (Mains): Objective and Descriptive papers (Scoring).
- Phase III (Interview): 75 Marks.
Eligibility Criteria (Recap):
- Age: 21 to 30 years (as of Sept 1, 2026).
- Education: Graduation with 60% marks (General) or Post-Graduation with 55% marks.

4. Phase II Syllabus (Quick Reference)
The Phase II exam consisted of three papers:
- Paper-I: Economic and Social Issues (50% Objective, 50% Descriptive).
- Paper-II: English Writing Skills (Descriptive).
- Paper-III: Finance and Management (50% Objective, 50% Descriptive).
5. What’s Next: Phase III (Interview)
Candidates whose roll numbers are in the PDF must prepare for the final stage:
- Weightage: The Interview carries 75 marks.
- Final Merit: Calculated by adding Phase II marks and Interview marks.
- Psychometric Test: Candidates will be required to undergo a personality assessment before the actual interview.
