1. Nari Shakti Vandan Adhiniyam: The 106th Constitutional Amendment Act (Nari Shakti Vandan Adhiniyam) comes into effect across the country from 16 April 2026, reserving 1/3 seats for women in Lok Sabha and Assemblies, though its implementation is dependent on the new delimitation.
