Tezpur University admits students through multiple national and university-level entrance exams.

• B.Ed (2-Year) / M.Ed: Admission is strictly through TUEE 2026.
• PG Programs (MA/MSc/MCA/LLM): 70% seats via TUEE 2026 and 30% seats via CUET-PG 2026.
• B.Tech Programs: 60% seats for North East (NE) Quota via JEE Main 2026; 40% via JoSAA/CSAB.
• Integrated Programs: Admission is primarily through CUET-UG 2026.
• MBA: Based on CAT/MAT/XAT/CMAT or ATMA scores.

🎓 Eligibility Criteria

1. B.Ed Program

• Academic: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with at least 55% marks in Science/Social Science/Humanity, or Bachelor’s in Engineering/Technology with specialization in Science and Mathematics with 55% marks.

2. PG Programs (MA/MSc)

• Academic: Bachelor’s degree in the relevant subject with a minimum of 45% to 50% aggregate marks (varies by department).

3. UG / Integrated Programs

• Academic: Passed 10+2 (Intermediate) with 50-60% marks in relevant subjects.

• There is generally no upper age limit for admission into PG and UG programs at Tezpur University. However, candidates must meet the minimum academic requirements as per the prospectus.
