1. Eligibility Criteria
A. Age Limit
- Date of Birth Block: Candidates must be born between January 01, 2006, and July 01, 2009 (both dates inclusive).
- Maximum Age: 21 Years (on the date of enrollment).
B. Educational Qualification
- Science Subjects: Passed Intermediate (10+2) with Mathematics, Physics, and English with minimum 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English.
(OR: 3-year Engineering Diploma or 2-year Vocational Course with Physics/Maths). - Other Than Science Subjects: Passed Intermediate (10+2) in any stream with minimum 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English.
C. Marital Status
- Only unmarried Indian male and female candidates are eligible. Candidates must remain unmarried during the entire 4-year service period.

3. Selection Process & Syllabus
The selection is divided into three major phases:
- Phase I (Online Test):
- Science Group: 60 Minutes (Physics, Math, English).
- Non-Science Group: 45 Minutes (English, Reasoning & General Awareness – RAGA).
- Both Groups: 85 Minutes.
- Negative Marking: 0.25 marks deducted for every wrong answer.
- Phase II: Physical Fitness Test (PFT), Adaptability Test-I, and Adaptability Test-II.
- Phase III: Medical Examination at designated IAF Medical Board centers.
4. Salary Structure (Seva Nidhi Package)
Agniveers will receive a customized monthly package with annual increments:
- 1st Year: ₹30,000 (In-hand: ₹21,000)
- 2nd Year: ₹33,000 (In-hand: ₹23,100)
- 3rd Year: ₹36,500 (In-hand: ₹25,580)
- 4th Year: ₹40,000 (In-hand: ₹28,000)
- Exit after 4 Years: Approximately ₹11.71 Lakh as Seva Nidhi Package (Tax-Free).
