2. Eligibility Criteria (as of 23.02.2026)
A. Educational Qualification
- Must be a Graduate from a recognized University.
- Must possess a minimum typing speed of 35 words per minute (WPM) in English on a computer.
B. Age Limit (as of 01.01.2026)
- Minimum Age: 18 Years
- Maximum Age: 32 Years
- (Born between 02.01.1994 and 01.01.2008).
- Age Relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC-NCL, and 10-15 years for PwBD candidates.

4. Selection Process & Syllabus
Stage 1: Preliminary Exam (Qualifying)
- Type: Objective (120 Marks / 120 Minutes).
- Subjects: English Language (45), General Awareness/Current Affairs (45), and Reasoning/Numerical Ability (30).
- Negative Marking: 0.25 marks for each wrong answer.
Stage 2: Main Examination (Descriptive)
- Total Marks: 100 Marks.
- Topics: Essay Writing, Letter Writing, Grammar, and Translation.
Stage 3: English Typing Test
- Candidates must achieve a speed of 35 WPM. This stage is qualifying in nature.
Stage 4: Interview
- Final selection is based on marks obtained in the Main Exam and Interview (15 Marks).
