The Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) is currently conducting the selection process for the Diploma in Elementary Education (DElEd) 2026-2028 session. As per the latest notification, the Dummy Admit Card for the entrance examination has been uploaded on the official portal today, January 28, 2026.
The purpose of a dummy admit card is to provide applicants a final chance to rectify any mistakes made during the registration process. Candidates are urged to check their Name, Parent’s Name, Category, Date of Birth, and Gender meticulously. Any uncorrected errors at this stage will be carried over to the final marksheet and result, potentially causing issues during counseling.

2. Category Correction Fee
While checking the dummy admit card is free, certain corrections involving a change in category require an additional fee:
- Correction Fee (for SC/ST to Gen/OBC): ₹200/-
- If you change your category from a reserved to a non-reserved one, the difference in the application fee must be paid by February 02, 2026. Failure to do so will result in the non-issuance of your final admit card.

- For General/OBC: 12th Pass with minimum 50% marks.
- For SC/ST/PwD: 12th Pass with minimum 45% marks.
- Minimum Age: 17 Years (as of 01.01.2026).
Exam Pattern
- Total Questions: 120 (MCQ based).
- Total Marks: 120.
- Duration: 150 Minutes (2.5 Hours).
- Negative Marking: No Negative Marking.

How to Download & Correct Dummy Admit Card?
- Visit the official portal: bsebdeled.com.
- Click on the link for “D.El.Ed Joint Entrance Exam 2026 Dummy Admit Card”.
- Log in using your User ID (Mobile No.) and Password.
- Your dummy admit card will appear. Check all spellings and photos.
- If changes are needed, click the “Edit” or “Correction” button, update the details, and pay the fee if prompted.
- Print the corrected dummy admit card for your records.
