Approximately 1.39 lakh candidates who cleared the Tier 1 exam are eligible to appear for the Mains, which is scheduled for January 18 and 19, 2026.

1. SSC CGL Tier 2 Exam Schedule

2. How to Download SSC CGL Tier 2 Admit Card

- Click on the “Admit Card” tab at the top of the homepage.
- Select your specific Regional Website (e.g., NR, WR, CR, SR, etc.).
- Click on the link “STATUS / DOWNLOAD ADMIT CARD FOR TIER 2 OF CGL EXAM-2025”.
- Enter your Registration ID / Roll Number and Date of Birth.
- Your admit card will appear on the screen. Download the PDF and take two clear printouts.
3. Documents to Carry to the Exam Hall
Candidates must carry the following items; otherwise, entry will be strictly prohibited:
- Printed Copy of Admit Card: Mandatory.
- Original Photo ID Proof: Aadhaar Card, Voter ID, PAN Card, Driving License, or Passport.
- Date of Birth Proof: If your ID does not have your full DOB (Date/Month/Year), carry a Class 10th certificate or birth certificate.
- Two Passport Size Photos: Recent color photographs.
4. Important Instructions
- Reporting Time: Reach the venue at least 60 minutes before the reporting time mentioned on your admit card. The gate will close exactly 30 minutes before the exam starts.
- Prohibited Items: No electronic gadgets (smartwatches, mobile phones, calculators) or jewelry are allowed inside.
- City Intimation: If your admit card is not yet available, check the “City Intimation Slip” released on Jan 9, 2026, for your city and date.
