Introduction

The U.P. Co-operative Institutional Service Board (UPCISB), Lucknow, has officially released the recruitment notification for the Combined Co-operative Banking and Technical Services Examination 2026. This is a Special Recruitment Drive aimed at filling 116 vacancies across various District Co-operative Banks and the U.P. State Construction Co-operative Federation.

💰 Application Fees

As this is a special drive for reserved categories in Uttar Pradesh, the fee structure is as follows:

• OBC Candidates (UP Domicile): ₹500/-
• SC Candidates (UP Domicile): ₹250/-
• PH (Divyang) Candidates: ₹0/- (Exempted)
• Mode of Payment: Online via Debit/Credit Card, Net Banking, or UPI.

🎓 Eligibility Criteria

1. Educational Qualification

• Assistant / Cashier: Bachelor’s Degree with at least 55% marks and a mandatory CCC Computer Certificate.
• Manager / Junior Manager: Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Economics, Maths, or Statistics (55% marks) + ‘O’ Level Computer certificate; OR B.E./B.Tech (CS/IT), MCA, or MBA.
• Assistant / Typist: Graduate Degree + Typing speed of 30 wpm (Hindi) and 40 wpm (English) + CCC Certificate.
• Assistant Engineer (Civil): B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.

2. Age Criteria (As of 01.01.2026)

• Minimum Age: 21 Years
• Maximum Age: 40 Years
• (Age relaxation for SC/OBC candidates is applicable as per Uttar Pradesh Government rules).

📝 Selection Process

The selection will be based on a competitive merit-based system:

1. Written Examination: A Computer Based Test (CBT) covering Aptitude, Reasoning, English, and Professional Knowledge.
2. Skill Test: Mandatory only for the Assistant / Typist post.
3. Document Verification: Verification of UP Domicile and Category certificates.
4. Medical Examination.

2. Navigate to the “Recruitment” section and click on the link for “Combined Co-operative Banking & Technical Services Exam 2026”.
3. Click on “New Registration” and provide your active Mobile Number and Email ID.
4. Fill in all personal and educational details. Ensure you select your specific SC/OBC category correctly.
5. Upload scanned copies of your Photograph, Signature, and Category Certificate.
6. Pay the application fee online and review your form.
7. Submit the application and download the confirmation page for future reference.
