2. Expected RRB Clerk Prelims Result Date

Based on the official calendar and previous years’ trends, the IBPS RRB Clerk Prelims Result 2025 is expected to be announced anytime in the first or second week of January 2026.

  • Current Status: Results are expected shortly on the official website ibps.in.
  • Next Steps: Candidates who qualify in the Prelims will immediately receive their Mains Admit Cards in mid-January.
  • Scorecard & Cut-off: The individual scorecards and state-wise cut-off marks are usually released 4–7 days after the result status is declared.

3. Selection Process & Mains Exam Pattern

As a candidate, you should remember that there is no interview stage for the RRB Clerk post. Your final selection depends entirely on your performance in the Mains exam.

Selection Stages:

  1. Prelims (Qualifying): 80 Questions | 45 Minutes.
  2. Mains (Merit Based): 200 Questions | 120 Minutes.
  3. Language Proficiency Test (LPT): For those who haven’t studied the local language in Class 10/12.

Mains Exam Structure (Feb 1, 2026):

  • Reasoning: 40 Questions (50 Marks)
  • Computer Knowledge: 40 Questions (20 Marks)
  • General Awareness: 40 Questions (40 Marks)
  • English/Hindi Language: 40 Questions (40 Marks)

4. How to Check Your RRB Clerk Result

Once the link is active, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the official IBPS website: www.ibps.in.
  2. Click on the “CRP RRBs” tab on the left sidebar.
  3. Select “Common Recruitment Process – Regional Rural Banks Phase XIV”.
  4. Click on the link “Result Status of Online Preliminary Examination for CRP RRBs-XIV-Office Assistant”.
  5. Enter your Registration Number/Roll Number and Date of Birth/Password.
  6. Your qualifying status (“Qualified” or “Not Qualified”) will be displayed.
