1. Educational Qualification

• Junior Technician: Full-time ITI Certificate (NCVT/SCVT) in the relevant trade (Printing, Fitter, Electrical, Electronics, etc.).
• Supervisor: First-class Full-time Diploma in Engineering (Printing/Mechanical/Electrical/IT). B.E./B.Tech holders in relevant fields can also apply.
• Junior Office Assistant: Graduate Degree with at least 55% marks and computer typing proficiency (English 40 wpm / Hindi 30 wpm).
• Welfare Officer: Degree/Diploma in Social Science or MSW with knowledge of the Marathi language.

2. Age Criteria (As of 19.05.2026)

• Supervisor / Officers: 18 to 30 Years.
• Office / Secretarial Assistant: 18 to 28 Years.
• Junior Technician: 18 to 25 Years.
• (Relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC-NCL, and 10 years for PwBD).

Selected candidates will be placed on the IDA pattern pay scale with various allowances:

• Supervisor (Level S-1): ₹27,600 – ₹95,910
• Artist / Secretarial Assistant (Level B-4): ₹23,910 – ₹85,570
• Junior Office Assistant (Level B-3): ₹21,540 – ₹77,160
• Junior Technician (Level W-1): ₹18,780 – ₹67,390

📝 Selection Process

1. Online Examination (CBT): Objective type test covering Professional Knowledge, General Awareness, English, Reasoning, and Quant.
2. Skill / Typing Test: Required for Junior Office Assistant and Secretarial Assistant posts (Qualifying).
