🎓 Eligibility Criteria (As of 28.02.2026)

1. Educational Qualification

• Grade A (Assistant Manager): Postgraduate Degree/Diploma in any discipline OR MBA / PGDM OR LLB OR CA / CS / ICWA OR B.E. / B.Tech from a recognized university.
• Grade B (Manager): Similar qualifications as Grade A, but with a focus on specialized experience in infrastructure/financial sectors.

2. Experience Requirements

• Grade A: Minimum 1 to 2 years of post-qualification officer cadre experience in Banks, Financial Institutions, or PSUs.
• Grade B: Minimum 7 years of total experience in officer/executive cadre, with specific experience in related financial areas.

3. Age Limit (As of 28.02.2026)

• Assistant Manager (Grade A): 21 to 30 Years.
• Manager (Grade B): Maximum 40 Years.
• (Age relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC-NCL, and 10-15 years for PwBD).

Selected candidates will receive a highly competitive package:

• Grade A (AM): Basic pay of ₹44,500/- with an approximate Annual CTC of ₹19 Lakhs.
• Grade B (Manager): Basic pay of ₹55,200/- with higher allowances.

1. Phase I: Online Written Examination (Objective type focusing on Aptitude and Domain Knowledge).
