2. Vacancy Breakdown & Salary

- Salary: ₹25,500/- per month (Consolidated/Fixed).
3. Eligibility Criteria
A. Educational Qualification
- For Both Posts: Candidates must possess a degree of Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) or Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) or equivalent from a recognized university.
- For Clerk: Additionally, the candidate must have passed Matriculation (10th) with Hindi as one of the subjects.
B. Age Limit (as on 01.01.2026)
- Minimum: 18 Years
- Maximum: 42 Years
- (Age relaxation for reserved categories is applicable as per Haryana Government rules).
4. Selection Process & Syllabus
The selection criteria differ for each post:
For Clerk Posts
- Written Examination (100 Marks):
- English Composition: 50 Marks (Qualifying: 33%)
- General Knowledge: 50 Marks (Qualifying: 33%)
- Aggregate Qualifying: 40%
- Computer Proficiency Test: Candidates qualifying for the written test will undergo a Typing Test in English at a speed of 30 w.p.m. (Qualifying only).
For Stenographer Grade-III
- Shorthand Test: 80 w.p.m. in English Shorthand and 20 w.p.m. transcription speed on a computer.
- Computer Proficiency Test: Assessment of word processing and spreadsheet skills.
